A Foundation Grounded in Faith and Heritage
FUNDACJA "VEXILLA REGIS" — named after the ancient Latin hymn Vexilla Regis Prodeunt ("The Royal Banners Forward Go") — was established to serve as a cultural and educational presence rooted in the Catholic tradition and the heritage of the Polish nation.
Based in Białystok, in the historically rich Podlaskie region of northeastern Poland, we draw inspiration from the enduring witness of faith, sacrifice, and cultural achievement that defines the Polish people. Our work is a continuation of that tradition — adapted for the present age, but always anchored in what is eternal.
The name "Vexilla Regis" evokes both the banner of Christ the King and the call to carry that standard into the public square — into culture, education, civic life, and discourse. This is our vocation.
